Farmer Mike’s U Pick Fall Festival Waiver
**First and foremost it is of the utmost importance for everyone at Farmer Mike's that all attendees follow Covid-19 cleanliness and spacing measures to ensure no attendees or employees of Farmer Mike's contribute to the transmission of Covid-19. We are a completely outdoor event so we will NOT require masks to be worn by all attendees however we do encourage those that may be at risk or those who feel more comfortable wearing the mask to please wear one.**
* Warning * THIS YEARS HAUNTED CORN MAZE WILL BE MORE INTENSE THAN PREVIOUS YEARS. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.

For the safety of our guests, Farmer Mike's U Pick does not permit certain items into the Fall Festival. Prohibited items include:

WEAPONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING GUNS, KNIVES, OR EXPLOSIVES, LIGHTERS, MATCHES, FIREWORKS, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE, BOTTLES CANS OR COOLERS, LASER POINTERS, WHISTLES, HORNS OR OTHER NOISE MAKERS, STICKS/POLES/SELFIE STICKS, BAGS, BACKPACKS, BRIEFCASES, DUFFLE BAGS.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT ANY ARTICLE NOT SPECIFICALLY LISTED ABOVE. MANAGEMENT MAY REQUEST TO INSPECT ANY BAG OR PURSE ENTERING INTO THE FALL FESTIVAL.

HANDHELD PURSES AND SMALL DIAPER BAGS WILL BE ADMITTED. SECURITY MEASURES WILL BE IN EFFECT INCLUDING HANDHELD METAL DETECTION AND BAG CHECKS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RUINED CLOTHES, SHOES, DAMAGED PHONES, OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL ITEMS WHILE ATTENDING FARMER MIKE’S FALL FESTIVAL

I being of sound mind and body, hereby take part in the Farmer Mikes U Pick Fall Festival experience. I am aware that I may be exposed to or come in contact with the following:

Fog, Insects, Uneven Ground, Accidental Touching, Foul Scents, Dizziness, Loud Noises, Claustrophobia, Strobe Lighting, Lasers, and Extreme Temperatures

I am aware that all Farmer Mike’s U Pick events including the Haunted Corn Maze, Non-Haunted Corn Maze, Bounce Houses, Bounce Pads, Swings and Hay Ride is not recommended for pregnant women, or visitors who have back problems, asthma, mental or heart conditions, have a pacemaker, have epilepsy, are prone to seizures, or are not physically fit. I am also aware that Farmer Mike’s U Pick Haunted Corn Maze is a physically demanding and potentially dangerous experience. I assume all risks including physical injury.
I understand that I may be touched accidentally or yelled at during the experience. I will refrain from reacting physically or verbally abusing any actor of Farmer Mike’s U Pick Fall Festival experience. I will not smoke, assault anyone, damage or destroy anything. I am aware I will be asked to leave or escorted out if I violate any of these rules.

I understand that if an item is lost, it may never be found. I will not hold Farmer Mike’s U Pick responsible for any items that are lost or stolen at the Fall Festival or at any of the Fall Festival parking lots.

Attendee/Participant/Customer by participating agrees that without exception Farmer Mike’s U-Pick shall be held harmless from any loss, circumstances, events, issues that may or may not have resulted from participation at Farmer Mike’s U Pick. For purposes of this section “loss” includes all claims, demands, damages, expenses or liability for any damage to property, injuries described or not described herein”.

Refund Policy:
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, we are an outdoor venue and as such we do have to deal with cancellations due to rain or bad weather. In the event this happens the value of your tickets are valid for:

1. Any other night at whatever timeslot you are able to come

2. You may use the ticket value in our Farm Stand on fruits, vegetables, flowers, etc , Pumpkins, Sunflowers,

3. Towards any future event we host throughout the season: Christmas at the Farm, Strawberry Fest, Sunflower Fest etc.
